Mr. NewDelman has been an attorney for over 30 years and practices under the name of Allan D. NewDelman, P.C. The Firm’s primary area of emphasis is debtor representation under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Our focus is to help clients through the bankruptcy process including individuals and businesses with complex, unusual or “trouble shooting” type cases. Mr. NewDelman has a well known reputation for thinking outside the box and is committed to assisting his clients throughout the bankruptcy process. He takes great strides to find solutions to complex issues. Mr. NewDelman, knowing that bankruptcy should be used as a last resort, also works with his clients to negotiate settlements with creditors in appropriate cases. A large part of the Firm’s client base is from referrals from past and present clients, as well as other attorneys whose clients are dealing with the defense of adversarial and/or contested matters.
