Allan D. NewDelman
Mr. NewDelman practices under the name of Allan D. NewDelman, P.C. The Firm’s primary area of emphasis is debtor representation under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Our focus is to help clients through the bankruptcy process including individuals and businesses with simple, complex, unusual or “trouble shooting” issues. Mr. NewDelman has a well known reputation for thinking outside the box and is committed to assisting his clients throughout the bankruptcy process. He takes great pride in representing all of his clients regardless of the simplicity or complexity of the case. Mr. NewDelman, knowing that bankruptcy should be used as a last resort, also works with his clients to negotiate settlements with creditors in appropriate cases. A large part of the Firm’s client base is from referrals from past and present clients, as well as other attorneys.
Mr. NewDelman is admitted to the Illinois State Bar, Arizona State Bar, U.S. Bankcruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, Arizona Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the 7th and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Roberta J. Sunkin
Ms. Sunkin has been an attorney with the Firm since 2001. She is very experienced in handling Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Ms. Sunkin is also versed in Chapter 12 filings (family farmer). She is extremely knowledgeable in debtor/creditor rights, negotiating skills and drafting of legal arguments through the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. She is instrumental in determining the correct avenue for clients facing major litigation issues as well as workouts with creditors. She has a well known and respected reputation within the legal community and has a good working relationship with all Bankruptcy Trustees as well as the Office of the U.S. Trustee. Before joining the firm, Ms. Sunkin was a partner at Brown & Sunkin P.C., and also practiced as a sole practitioner under Roberta J. Sunkin, P.C.
Ms. Sunkin was presented the 2018 Arizona State Bar Bankruptcy Section “Hon. Sarah Sharer Curley Self Help Center Volunteer Award”. She continues to volunteer her time at the Bankruptcy Court Self Help Center on a regular basis.
